In her address to the participants, Mrs.Tomić emphasized that BiH has been a full member of Energy Community since 2006. The Energy Community members from South East Europe, said Ms. Tomić, are committed that the common market should operate in accordance with the standards of the EU market, and as she explained, it should be achieved by gradual harmonization with the Acquis Communautaire. As she pointed out, special attention should be paid on the following areas: electricity, gas, oil, environment, competitiveness of energy resources and their efficiency.

The meeting was organized by the Italian Delegation to the PA CEI and the Veneto Regional Government's Economic Development and Energy Department with participation of PA CEI delegations, Ministers of States for Energy as well as members of other bodies responsible for electricity, oil and gas from the Transadriatic and Transalpine region.
