The 70th plenary meeting of GRECO was held in Strasbourg and a fourth round of the Evaluation report on Bosnia and Herzegovina is adopted

 
The 70th plenary meeting of the Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO) was held in Strasbourg and a fourth round of the Evaluation report on Bosnia and Herzegovina that covers an area of preventing corruption in the judicial sector and in the Parliament is adopted.

In discussion of this report, delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina also participated with Mr. Jasmin Emrić, member of the House of Reprezentatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chairman of the Commission for Decision of Conflict of Interest.

Also with Mr. Emrić, in delegation of our country were representatives of the Ministry of Security BiH, the Agency for prevention of corruption and coordination of fight against corruption, and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH.

GRECO is the body of the Council of Europe that supervises the fight against corruption in the member states of the Council Of Europe since 1999, as well as in other countries that are not members of this international organization. Bosnia and Herzegovina is a member of GRECO since February 2000. (End)
