Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Kemal Ademović, met with representatives of the BiH diaspora in Washington, D.C.

„Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Kemal Ademović, met in Washington, on the margins of the Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum, with representatives of the BiH diaspora, Adnan Hadrović from the Council for Exchange between Maryland, USA, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as representatives of the Bosniak Community of North America.

The interlocutors exchanged views on Bosnia and Herzegovina's current position in political developments within the United States and discussed priority actions to enhance Bosnia and Herzegovina's standing on the list of priorities of the new U.S. administration. 

The meeting concluded with an agreement that it is time for more decisive action and the unification of efforts by the BiH diaspora to secure Bosnia and Herzegovina a more prominent position on the international stage and to strengthen institutional ties between BiH citizens at home and those living abroad.“(Statement from the Office of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples, Kemal Ademović)
