Speaker of the House of Peoples of the PA BiH Dr. Dragan Čović met in Zagreb with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia

"The Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH), Dr Dragan Čović, held a working meeting today in Zagreb with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, where they discussed the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, further strengthening of bilateral relations, as well as the priorities of action on the European path of BiH. 

On this occasion, the Speaker of the House of Peoples, Dr. Čović, spoke about the current political situation, and the continuous efforts being made to stabilize the internal political dialogue, both in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and at the level of BiH, and strengthen the implementation of reform processes on the European path and the path towards the general socio-economic progress of society.

The President of the Government of the Republic of Croatia Plenković announced the continuation of the dedicated support of the Government of the Republic of Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina on its European path, stressing that the work to achieve full equality of Croats as a constituent nation continues.

At the end of the meeting, the officials expressed their mutual satisfaction with the strong bilateral relations, stressing that it is extremely important to continue with intensive political dialogue and cooperation in all key areas for both Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia."
