The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH Nebojša Radmanović held a meeting with the President of the Parliament of Montenegro

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH), Nebojša Radmanović, met with the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, during the 18th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) in Braga (Republic of Portugal).

The main topics of discussion were the strengthening of friendly relations, as well as the common European path. The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH Nebojša Radmanović emphasized the importance of cooperation, joint projects, but also the common European path of the two countries.

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, said that Montenegro is a leader in European integration, and that he expects Montenegro to join the European Union soon. He emphasized the importance of the unity of the countries of the Western Balkans in terms of the European path and integration into the common market, as well as the importance of joint projects that would enable a better connection between the two countries. He also used the opportunity to inform the interlocutor about the fulfilment of temporary criteria to obtain a positive IBAR.

The interlocutors pointed out that joint infrastructure projects are of immense importance, and that it is necessary to conduct the reconstruction of the main road Plužine - Foča as soon as possible. At the end, they expressed their great satisfaction with the meeting and agreed that the relations between the two countries are at a very high level. (end)
