Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH), Nihad Omerović, held a meeting in Baku with members of the Friendship Group of the Azerbaijani Parliament for Bosnia and Herzegovina

On the sidelines of the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nihad Omerović held a meeting in Baku today with members of the Friendship Group of the Parliament of Azerbaijan for Bosnia and Herzegovina, chaired by the Chairman of the Friendship Group Mazahir Javid Efendiyev.

During the meeting, which was also attended by the members of the Friendship Group of the Parliament of Azerbaijan for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jabi Huseyn Guliyev, Mushfig Jafar Jafarov and Musa Jafar Gasimli, it was noted that the relations between the two countries are extremely friendly, which, as said, opens up broad possibilities for enhancing economic co-operation, especially in the fields of energy, agriculture and tourism.

The focus of the discussions was also on intensifying inter-parliamentary and intergovernmental co-operation, and accelerating the signing and ratification of all prepared intergovernmental agreements. In this regard, it was agreed that the state parliamentarians would do everything to accelerate the activities on the opening of the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Baku, which would further enhance the relations of the two friendly countries.
