Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH Nebojša Radmanović met with the Deputy Director General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Director for the countries of Western Europe, the Western Balkans, Turkey and Great Britain

"Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Nebojša Radmanović, met today with the Deputy Director General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Director for the countries of Western Europe, the Western Balkans, Turkey and Great Britain, Marko Makovec.

At the meeting, they discussed the future steps of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the way to the European Union, where the role and importance of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH was particularly emphasized.

The interlocutors exchanged opinions and agreed that within the framework of the new parliamentary majority, it is necessary to seek solutions in order to speed up the adoption of reform laws and the fulfilment of 14 EU priorities in the coming period, in order to take advantage of the EU's positive signals for enlargement to the countries of the Western Balkans.

The meeting was also attended by the Head of the EU Delegation and the EU's special representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Johann Sattler, and the Head of the Political Department, Elisabet Tomašinec."
