Chairperson of the House of Representatives, Šefik Džaferović, spoke with the Ambassador of Italy in BiH

 
The Chairperson of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA), Šefik Džaferović, spoke today in Sarajevo with the Italian Ambassador in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Ruggero Corrias, on the current political situation in BiH and the process of government formation at all levels.

Ambassador Corrias showed special interest in preparations for the Conference of Presidents of the Parliaments of the Adriatic - Ionian Initiative, which will be held on 23 April this year in Neum. Chairperson Džaferović informed his interlocutor that the conference will be dedicated to tourism and better communication between the countries of the Adriatic - Ionian Initiative and stressed that BiH will try it's best to be a good host of the Conference, which will be attended by the highest representatives of the parliaments of Albania, Montenegro, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Serbia and BiH.

To further promote bilateral co-operation between the parliaments of BiH and Italy, Chairperson Džaferović renewed the invitation to the president of the Lower House of the Italian Parliament to visit BiH and the BiH PA. (End)
