The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Member of the Permanent Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Mladen Bosić, elected as Vice President of PACE

 
The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Member of the Permanent Delegation of the BiH PA in PACE, Mladen Bosić, was elected today in Strasbourg as Vice President of PACE of BiH at the end of this year.

The session began with an address by PACE's President, Anne Brasseur, with participants also addressed by the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Belgium and Chairperson of the Committee of Ministers, Didier Reynders. Great attention was on the announced speech tomorrow by His Majesty the King of Belgium.

During the spring session of PACE, which ended on 24 April, discussions were held on current issues such as rule of law, democracy and human rights protection, in which the members of the Permanent Delegation of the BiH PA in PACE took an active part.

The BiH PA representatives in PACE's spring session were the Chairperson of the Permanent Delegation of the BiH PA in PACE, Senad Šepić, the Deputy Speaker, Borjana Krišto, and members of the delegation Mladen Bosić, Milica Marković and Željko Komšić. (End)
