Meeting of Ognjen Tadić, Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, with the Chair of the British Group of the IPU

The Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ognjen Tadić, met with his colleague Mr Robert Walter, Chair of the British Group of the IPU, during a session of IPU Governing Council.

Walter and Tadić exchanged views on the importance of the IPU Assembly, in relation to other interparliamentary associations such as the Assembly of Western European Union (WEU), of which Walters was, until recently, the president and in which Ognjen Tadić, as a member of the National Assembly of RS, had the status of permanent observer.
