In the form of a written discussion, the Head of the PA BiH Delegation to the PACE, Saša Magazinović, participated in the debate in Strasbourg on the implementation of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.

While the Russian proxy and separatist Dodik is attacking the constitutional order, there are no conditions for changing the Constitution and the Election Law
The Head of Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH) to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Saša Magazinović, took part in a discussion on the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in the form of a written discussion.
Magazinović pointed out that Bosnia and Herzegovina implemented 83% of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, but not the judgments whose implementation should abolish discrimination in the Constitution and the Election Law so that all citizens could be candidates for the Presidency of BiH and the House of Peoples of the PA BiH. He emphasized that in the current circumstances of the attack on the constitutional order in Bosnia and Herzegovina by the Russian proxy and separatist Milorad Dodik, it is impossible to expect activities to change the Constitution and the Election Law. Magazinović reminded that Dodik forced the National Assembly of Republika Srpska to adopt laws prohibiting the work of state police and judicial institutions in the Republika Srpska entity, that he is a fugitive from justice, and that he recently expelled German Minister Anne Lührmann from Republika Srpska with threats to her safety. He assessed that Dodik is a threat to the peace and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, and that the only support he has is from Putin, Vučić and Orban.
Magazinović pointed out that the current priority in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the preservation of peace, the protection of state institutions and the prosecution of separatists by judicial and security institutions, and that the countries of the European Union can help in all of this. He underlined that there is no time for slow reactions and illusions that everything can be solved through negotiations.
At the end, Magazinović expressed his gratitude to the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany and Austria for the sanctions imposed on Milorad Dodik and his followers and called on other countries to follow their example.
