Marinko Čavara, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, attended the UN conference to celebrate the International Day of Conscience

"The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Marinko Čavara, participated in the conference in Vienna, where the United Nations celebrated the International Day of Conscience.

The conference, held at the UN building in Vienna, discussed the role of conscience in making responsible decisions and building a sustainable society. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of integration and transparency as the foundation of stability and progress. It was emphasised that responsibility, fair action and respect for human rights are key requirements for strengthening trust in institutions and creating an environment that encourages safety and development.

It was concluded that a stable society rests on ethical values, open access to information, and the consistent application of the principles of justice. The conference participants said that transparency in the work of institutions contributes to building trust and strengthening cooperation among different social actors, while responsible management of resources ensures long-term sustainability and balanced development. During the meeting, the need for stronger international cooperation was emphasised in the promotion of fair trade, the protection of human rights, and the ensuring of equal opportunities for all. In this regard, the conference participants concluded that raising awareness is an important ethical action, and that responsible management is crucial for the future of global society.
