The attendance of the member of the Delegation of the BiH PA in the Council of Europe, Nermina Kapetanović at the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights
A Member of the Delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Nermina Kapetanović will participate at the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of PACE, which will be held on 21 May 2012 in Paris.
As announced, Mailis Reps, a member of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), will speak on the position of defenders of human rights of the Council of Europe, Omtzigt Peter, a member of the Group of the European People's Parties (EPP/CD), will give a lecture on the separation of political and criminal responsibility, and Christopher Chope, a member of the European democratic group (EDG) will address participants on the topic of human rights and family court.
Participants will exchange views on the response of the Committee of Ministers to recommendations as result of PACE committees. (end)
