Speaker of the PABiH House of Representatives, Nebojša Radmanović, participates in the Second Session of the Euro-Mediterranean and Gulf Parliamentary Economic Forum of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Nebojša Radmanović, is participating in the Second Session of the Euro-Mediterranean and Gulf Parliamentary Economic Forum of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) held in Marrakech, Kingdom of Morocco.

Speaker Radmanović addressed the participants, focusing his speech on the the relationship between the provision of energy supply and the transition to green energy, as well as support for entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In his address, Speaker of the House of Representatives of PABiH, Nebojša Radmanović, emphasized that these are topics of great significance for our common future and economic development. He highlighted that diversification of energy sources and reduction of dependence on fossil fuels are complex tasks which require investments, technological innovation, and international cooperation, but are crucial steps towards reducing negative environmental impacts and creating a healthier and cleaner world for future generations. He underscored the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises as drivers of the transition to green energy, emphasizing the need for a systematic and regional approach. He concluded by emphasizing the importance of this forum as an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and best practices, stressing the significance of legislators from different countries having the opportunity to gather and discuss in one place.

During the forum, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Nebojša Radmanović, met with Enaam Mayar, President of PAM and concurrently President of the House of Councillors of the Kingdom of Morocco. The main topics of their bilateral meeting were the shared challenges facing PAM member countries and the enhancement of relations between the two countries. (end)
