The Collegium members and Chairs of parliamentary caucuses of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the Third High-Level Political Forum on Bosnia and Herzegovina's European Integration

The Collegium members and Chairs of the parliamentary caucuses of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH) participated today in Sarajevo in the third High-Level Political Forum on Bosnia and Herzegovina's European Integration.

The Forum, co-chaired by the Chair of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Borjana Krišto, and the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, was attended by the Speaker of the House of Peoples of the PA BiH, Kemal Ademović, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the PA BiH, Dr. Dragan Čović, the Deputy Speakers of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH, Dr. Denis Zvizdić and Marinko Čavara, and on behalf of the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the PA BiH, Nebojša Radmanović, the Member of Parliament Miroslav Vujičić.

The Forum was also attended by the chairs and deputy chairs of the caucuses of delegates in the House of Peoples of the PA BiH, Sredoje Nović, Marina Pendeš, and Safet Softić, the chairs of the parliamentary caucuses in the House of Representatives of the PA BiH, Saša Magazinović, Predrag Kožul, Nihad Omerović, Sabina Ćudić, Čedomir Stojanović, and Šerif Špago, as well as the entity prime ministers, cantonal governments, and the mayor of the Brčko District of BiH.

Discussions during the Forum included the implementation of activities related to the further process of European integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a focus on fulfilling key priorities from the European Commission's Opinion, following the decision of the European Union (EU) Council to open membership negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Previous two High-Level Political Forums on Bosnia and Herzegovina's European Integration were held in mid-May 2023 in Sarajevo and in early December 2023 in Brussels.
