Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nihad Omerović, met in Baku with the Secretary General of the International Parliamentarians' Congress

Member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PA BiH), Nihad Omerović met in Baku, on the sidelines of the 6th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, with the Secretary General of the International Parliamentarians' Congress (IPC), Sitar Ayaz.

During the meeting with the long-serving Senator from Pakistan and the Secretary General of the IPC, an international multilateral organization that brings together parliamentarians at a global level to collectively address issues that inevitably affect humanity as a whole, the interlocutors discussed the establishment of active co-operation between the IPC and the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, as well as the participation of representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in the work of the IPC.

The co-operation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH with the IPC was also agreed during the meeting, in the areas of strengthening global peace, economic co-operation and environmental protection. (end)
