The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Denis Zvizdić, received in an inaugural visit the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to Bosnia and Herzegovina

"Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Dr. Denis Zvizdić, received on inaugural visit the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ioanna Efthymiadou.

Deputy Speaker Zvizdić thanked Ambassador Efthymiadou for the support provided by the Republic of Greece on the enlargement path to the European Union and emphasized that the co-operation between the two countries is an example of good and quality bilateral relations. They agreed that support for Bosnia and Herzegovina is necessary in the process of accession to the European Union and emphasized the importance of positive processes along the way. Deputy Speaker Zvizdić said that there is ample room for inter-parliamentary co-operation and on that occasion, he confirmed that he will send an invitation to the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Greece to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the meeting, it was noted that BiH and the Republic of Greece in the coming period, within the framework of good relations, can improve co-operation in the fields of economy and business, especially energy, tourism, then education and culture.
