Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives met with the newly appointed ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Canada, the Kingdom of Sweden, the Russian Federation, and Malaysia
Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Saša Magazinović, Mladen Bosić, and Milan Petković, held a meeting today with the newly appointed ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Canada, the Kingdom of Sweden, the Russian Federation, and Malaysia.
Ambassadors Ivan Orlić in the Russian Federation, Aleksandar Bogdanić in Canada, Bojan Šošić in the Kingdom of Sweden, and Edin Jahić in Malaysia welcomed the holding of this meeting, emphasizing, among other things, the significance of parliamentary diplomacy in enhancing relations between our country and the countries to which they have been appointed as ambassadors.
The newly appointed ambassadors presented their expectations and action plans, expressing hope that they will fulfil their mandates in accordance with diplomatic rules and practices and represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in the best possible way.
Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina also regarded today's meeting as a good practice and an example of establishing synergy among all institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina towards quality diplomatic representation of our country.
Members of Parliament Magazinović, Bosić, and Petković wished the newly appointed ambassadors a successful mandate for the benefit of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. (End)
