Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the PABiH Kemal Ademović met with the Head of the EU Delegation & EU Special Representative in BiH

„Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Kemal Ademović, met today with the Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to BiH & EU's Special Representative in BiH, Ambassador Johann Sattler. The progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EU accession proces was discussed during the meeting.

Ademović thanked Ambassador Sattler for the support he provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Euro-Atlantic path, especially for the contribution he had in the process of acquiring candidate status for EU membership. Ademović emphasised that full membership in NATO and the EU is a priority for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and underlined once again that the new government is rightfully expected to do everything to ensure that BiH reaches that goal as soon as possible.

Ambassador Sattler pointed out that the EU is a great friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that it will continue providing joint co-operation and support to its European path. He also expressed his satisfaction with the adoption of the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina and emphasised the importance of implementing 14 EU priorities as soon as possible.
