Milica Marković and Nermina Kapetanović, members of the BiH PA Delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, will participate in the Session of the Committee for Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the PA Council of Europe

 
Milica Marković and Nermina Kapetanović, members of the BiH PA Delegation in the PA Council of Europe, will participate in the Session of the Committee for Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the PA CoE, held in Izmir on 27 and 28 May 2013.

On the first day, it is expected that the Reports “Corruption as a Threat to the Rule of Law” and “Strengthening of the Institution of the Ombudsman in Europe” will be examined. The adoption of the Proposal of Resolutions and Recommendations should follow. On the second day of the Session, the Committee will: give its opinion on the Proposal of the Protocol no 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights; discuss the responsibilities of international institutions for human rights violations; examine the Report on the enforcement of the judgement of the European Court for Human Rights; exchange opinions regarding the “Efficiency of the European Convention on Human Rights”.
