Meeting of the members of the Collegiums of both Houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH with the members of the Committee for the Councils and Internal Affairs of the Islamic Republic of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran

Members of the Collegium of the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šefik Džaferović and Safet Softić met today with the members of the Committee for Councils and Internal Affairs of the Islamic Republic of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran who are in a few days working visit to our country.

During the talks, it was emphasized that political relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iran are very good without any unresolved issue. The participants agreed that close relations between the parliaments of the two friendly countries certainly contribute to good relations; as it was said, the communication between the chambers of commerce of BiH and Iran is developing, which should result in better economic relations in the future.

Head of the Iranian Parliament's Delegation, Ahmad Alibez Beygi, presented to the hosts the way in which Iran responds to the natural disasters and the role of Iranian citizens in defense of the dangers.  During the discussion, he wished Bosnia and Herzegovina to achieve its key internal and external policy goals and promised unrestrained support from friendly Iran.
