Delegation of Pakistan’s National Defence University paid an official visit to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina

 
A delegation of the National Defence University of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, headed by the Commander of the War College, Major General Hidayat Ur Rehman, paid a visit today to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA).

Šefik Džaferović, Deputy Chairman of the Joint Committee on Defence and Security of BiH, Beriz Belkić and Mehmed Bradarić, members of the Joint Committee on Defence and Security of BiH and Boško Šiljegović, Parliamentary Military Commissioner of BiH, talked with the guests from Pakistan. Also, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to BiH, Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery, attended the meeting.

During the meeting, the activities of the Joint Committee on Defence and Security of BiH were discussed, including the procedures for passing legislation, policies and documents at the State level. The guests from Pakistan were interested in a number of questions related to positive practises in the work of parliamentary bodies.

The delegation of Pakistan’s National Defence University was present at the start of the session of the House of People of the BiH PA. (end)
