3rd Conference of Parliamentarians of the Danube Region concludes in Belgrade

 
The 3rd Conference of Parliamentarians of the Danube Region concluded today in Belgrade. Deputy Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ognjen Tadić, participated on behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Conference was opened by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Maja Gojković. A number of subjects were discussed, including water management and flood prevention in the Danube basin, development of rail, road and air traffic in the Danube region, and investments in research and science as engines of development in the region.

The Conference concluded with the adoption of a joint declaration. (End)
