The Colloquium on the implementation of socio-economic reforms on the path of Bosnia and Herzegovina towards the EU concluded today in Cadenabbia, Italy

 
The Colloquium during which representatives of legislative and executive authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina discussed the economic and social reforms to be carried out with the aim of a advancing living stadards and furthering the process of admission of BiH into the European Union (EU), concluded today in Cadenabbia, Italy.

The two-day conference, organized by the German foundation "Konrad Adenauer", was attended by the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, her two Deputies, Mladen Bosić and Šefik Džaferović, Chairman of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ognjen Tadić, his Deputy, Bariša Čolak, and the representatives and delegates of both Houses, Senad Šepić, Lilja Zovko and Martin Raguž.

The discussion on the current reform process, with emphasis on the implementation of the adopted Reform Agenda and other requirements for the submission of a credible application for EU candidate status by BiH, on the recovery and modernization of the BiH economy, the improvement of the functionality of government institutions and the creation of sustainable and equitable social environment, was attended by the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mladen Ivanić, President of the Federation of BiH, Marinko Čavara, MP's from entity parliaments, mayors of several municipalities and cities, university professors, experts and representatives of public and private sectors from across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
