Members of the Collegium of the PABiH House of Representatives took part in the High-level Round Table on the European Integration Process of the Western Balkan Countries in Brussels

Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), Borjana Krišto, and her deputies, Mladen Bosić and Šefik Džaferović, and Member of Parliament, Aleksandra Pandurević, will take part in the work of the High-level Round Table on the Regional Perspective of the European Integration Process of the Western Balkans Countries, which will be held on 21 November, in Brussels.

The participants of the Round Table, which will be organized under the EP support program for the parliaments of the countries in the EU enlargement process, will be able to exchange views with the leading EP officials on the key issues of the European Integration process, including the EP Rapporteurs for the countries of the region, as well as the chairs of the EP committees for relations with the Western Balkans countries.

As scheduled by the Round Table programme, the participants will discuss the Reform Agenda and its implementation, the role of parliament in empowering civil society, with particular reference to good governance, the rule of law and the prevention of discrimination, as well as pre-accession assistance from IPA II funds.

As announced, participants will meet with the members of the EP Foreign Affairs Committee, as well as with representatives of the EU Member States parliaments.

Bilateral meetings of delegations of state parliaments with EP representatives are to take place at the margins of the Round Table. (End)
